Caversham offers the local community so much in terms of local activities if you're prepared to get involved. Reading Canoe Club is without doubt one of the best facilities available on the River Thames and their a great bunch of folks as well.

It has been in existence for over forty years, very successfully competing in National and International Canoeing events. Based on the banks of the River Thames in the Warren, Caversham the club house offers boat storage, club room, showers, weights room, kitchen, servery, barbecue area all on a private site. The River Thames is a superb location on which to learn to canoe, train or participate in recreational activities.
